Wash inside out separately for the first few washes 
Wash on a cool wash under 30 degrees 
Iron inside out
The new hoodies are true to size but everyone tends to go a size up for comfort if you like them
slightly bigger 
(I do wear a small fitted as a size 8 if I want to look smarter out and about)
